Here we go again.. next appointment date and @NBN_Australia have cancelled again. Apparently there’s no understanding for people’s time and need to take time off work etc to be home between workday hours. There’s a lot of emphasis on YOU must be home but none on them showing up

@NBN_Australia On top of that I was sent Two notifications making sure I'll be home for the appointment and received no cancellation, so yeah I'm a bit annoyed I've wasted an entire day while my family was out enjoying holidays

Hey @NBN_Australia I've been waiting here for a technician between the hours you specify only to ring my provider & have them tell me YOU'VE cancelled my appointment. Give you a hot tip, "cancelled" is when you actually tell the person you are not coming. What you did is #Rude

@NBN_Australia At postcode 4556 and going into our 3rd day without service. A neighbour 3 houses up has nbn restored early yesterday so makes me wonder about how power would be our issue? No power outage experienced at our place.Related Services
