@NBN_Australia That’s not what’s been advised. My ISP provider is not getting any NBN wholesale support on weekends like myself currently. 8am Monday to Friday support is not sufficient.

After 2 months of my internet actually working correctly (for the first time in YEARS), the past two days we've been having issues. My internet keeps dropping out every 20 minutes so sadly we can not stream until @Telstra or @NBN_Australia fix it.

Still doesn't work. @Telstra tells me they are escalating back to @NBN_Australia, now the fault case is closed. Back to the "what lights are on your modem" yet again..

@NBN_Australia Yer NBN is crap. They refuse to hook me up to a Micro node 50 metres across the road. Instead im connected to an exchange 1.3km up the road. Max i get is 30 mb down 7mb up and a ping of 50ish and told by NBN to like it. Middle finger NBN

@NBN_Australia Lachlan, The ISP provider has said to contact NBN and NBN support does not exist on weekends unless it’s life threatening. Your support team needs to be made available on weekends. Internet connection for customers is not only a Monday to Friday issue.

I'm sick of paying for a second-rate #broadband network that has no intention of improving and / or fixing things.
