How many months and phone calls is too many waiting for @Telstra and @NBN_Australia to get their shit together? Would over a month be too long? Maybe Two months is too much? Maybe 67 phone calls is too many??? Your companies are useless and still canā€™t provide internet to us.

@NBN_Australia But didnā€™t NBN Co buy the cable infrastructure from Optus which was found to be ā€œnot fit for purposeā€ and so it belongs to NBN Co.

@NBN_Australia can you please tell me who can remove the old Optus aerial cable connected to our property? It is connected to the other side of the house to the current NBN HFC connection and it needs to removed (the old Optus aerial cable that is). Thanks in advance.

Second time waiting for @Optus and @NBN_Australia technician - first time They didnā€™t turn up and they have 3 hours left in the time slot to make it for their next appointment slot- they better turn up otherwise another wasted day!!

@NBN_Australia our connection cut out tonight and your outages page doesnā€™t say anything untoward but itā€™s simply not connecting. My providerā€™s page also doesnā€™t mention any outage.
