@NBN_Australia whatā€™s probably happened is some idiot canā€™t tell the difference between 23 and 25 and disconnected the wrong addressā€¦ still shouldnā€™t be able to disconnect a service without contacting the owner of the serviceā€¦

@NBN_Australia can you please tell me who can remove the old Optus aerial cable connected to our property? It is connected to the other side of the house to the current NBN HFC connection and it needs to removed (the old Optus aerial cable that is). Thanks in advance.

How many months and phone calls is too many waiting for @Telstra and @NBN_Australia to get their shit together? Would over a month be too long? Maybe Two months is too much? Maybe 67 phone calls is too many??? Your companies are useless and still canā€™t provide internet to us.
