Why doesnā€™t/canā€™t @Azure pricing calculator estimate costs based on your actual environment? For example, if I want an estimate of @msftdefenderxdr for Cloud it asks me for the number of billable resources; canā€™t it tell me the number of potential billable resources?

I just created my first @Azure resource group, a storage account w/ a container. I feel like a child in a candy store or when I got my first bicycle. I feel this way mainly because I went through hell creating this @Azure account and I used CLI all through. I deallocated it tho.
