@afrosabi @MediacomSupport They are blaming your 3.1? As far as know, these are backward compatible and not the cause even if their network is not up to par. They get a hard buzzer on that one.

@afrosabi @MediacomSupport Verizon is awful but because the network techs didnā€™t have to worry about surveys and happy customers, they didnā€™t have a problem at all telling you that the problem wouldnā€™t/couldnā€™t be fixed. I hope if thatā€™s the case for yours theyā€™ll at least tell you so you can move on

@afrosabi @MediacomSupport I donā€™t know that company. I worked for Verizon and it was true that the network team didnā€™t talk to customers. But tech would fill out a ticket with all your info and it would get sent to them and theyā€™d actually investigate then another team would call back. Unfortunately itā€™s

Per @MediacomSupport, the issue is because a business that is the first on my note is creating interference for everyone down-node They told me this over a month ago and nothing has been done That ticket is just sitting there open so they can pretend they're doing something

Hey @MediacomSupport my internet has had connectivity issues for over 6 months and apparently according to all your departmentsā€¦ It's my fault. Your customer service and tech support is trash and my biggest mistake was to choose y'all for the cheap introductory offer

@MediacomSupport your technicians are garbage. Iv had issues for over a week and he comes out for 5 minutes today just to say ā€œtheres an issue and i reported it to maintenanceā€. If theres an issue why did he not fix it???? Unacceptable.

@MH81588 @MediacomSupport Mediacom is probably one of the worst Internet providers, shit randomly will cut out with no warning or reason to why, id look into starlink that's what I'm about to get when it's in my area
