@mebank trying to discharge my home loan. On hold for over an hour twice. 3 in answered emails. What’s the secret to getting some help. Absolutely furious with the poor service. Send me the discharge form. I have a life bloody so angry with the BS from me bank

@p_terg @youaintgunna @mebank To give them credit it is instant, I'll stay until another bank does. Having said that, nothing else is instant. If I spend today, I'll see it in 2-6 days in my account. They used to be CBUS members owned, now they f'king suck because a QLD Bank owns them.
