@petchelli @LinkedIn …. solidly right through that. Trick is to use it proactively to “work” the network you’ve built up. Because I put effort in, ppl remembered me and would call and ask if I was available/soon to be available. 2/2

.@LinkedIn make a "connection score" where you give everyone a score on the duality of the quality and quantity of their connections. Someone with 500+ connections of just highschool linkedin casuals would have a lower score than someone with 200-300 industry expert connections
