@iPrimusAU 24 hours still no internet north side Brisbane. Was told it’s an NBN issue but my neighbour has NBN connection with iiNet. Updates would be helpful

@iPrimusAU Just exactly what the hell are you doing..? Why is my "always on" internet connection inoperable..? Did you suddenly decide to do some work and forget to tell your customers..? Will you be compensating for hours of downtime..? You don't have a very good track record..
