@Internode Too little too late…I have now switched to @Optus and they have booked in a NBN tech for tomorrow!! They did within minutes what Internode failed to do for more than a week. You need to treat loyal long term customers better, we shouldn’t have to beg for assistance!

@Internode @Optus @Internode Final update: 10+ days with no Internet and no response unless I post on social media. I switched to @Optus Tuesday night, I now have the Internet restored less than 2 days later. Internode do better! Thank you Optus!

@simonhackett @iiNet @Internode I'm just amazed that it wasn't integrated sooner. I've been out of iiNet nearly 9 years now and integrated dozens of acquisitions. I think OzEmail was the last full integration. TPG have been running these separate businesses for ~8 years now.
