@Internode Too little too lateā¦I have now switched to @Optus and they have booked in a NBN tech for tomorrow!! They did within minutes what Internode failed to do for more than a week. You need to treat loyal long term customers better, we shouldnāt have to beg for assistance!

@Internode @Optus @Internode Final update: 10+ days with no Internet and no response unless I post on social media. I switched to @Optus Tuesday night, I now have the Internet restored less than 2 days later. Internode do better! Thank you Optus!

@jasonandrade @fictillius @Internode @Aussie_BB NBNco is still in consultation phase, submissions close in April. (SMH makes this sound like a done deal, its not...) Current expectation is EoY for release to market.
