It's my bank account, I just wanted to spend my own money? Emailed the branch manager, she suggested the teller should have offered me a pre-paid visa. WTF

Something strange going on at @HSBC UK CEO level. They blocked my card for five days and then opened it back up and said they are closing my account. Done nothing wrong, no reason given and no compensation. Worst bank ever. Very disonist and not realiable. Dont trust this bank.

Little bit of info for those living in Canada. @RBC - who recently bought @HSBC Canada - seem to struggle with basic technology. You can't make interac payments with their app on Android. And they don't want to tell their customers there's a problem, either. Nor a fix

@BTCTN Can you ask the CEO to unlock my account, frozen because I moved funds to a crypto exchange. How can anyone trust them. My funds locked for 6 months with no response. I even offered to transfer the funds directly to the tax office. Its outrageous. Do no give @hsbc your money.

@blogTO Same thing happened to me at @BMO where they refused to help (kennedy/denison). @HSBC helped eventually but grunted the whole time. I told them I do the same grunting when I pay my mortgage with them every month. Hope @RBC cleans them up. Customer service has home down the drain
