@HSBC is the worsest of the banking to deal with it.. Without any prior notice and for the reasons they don't even say, they closed my salary account It's high time to encourage such banks

@HSBC_UK @HSBC Just been trying do a simple BACS transfer which was impossible as you won't recognise a Lloyds account.. more to the point, your Chat function is absolutely useless. Why pretend it's a 'chat' when all you get is automated irrelevant messages and then bumped off??!
