Its taken @HostGator and @hgsupport over 4 days to upgrade my hosting account to PHP 8.2 and it still isn't done. Absolutely dreadful. What's a good web host in 2024?

@HostGator I often run into the "Too Many Connections" issue with the database with a mere 10 users on the website. Your customer support seems indifferent to the customer-facing problems, do you care enough to improve the db availability on your servers?

@swarooptvm @quickwebsiteapp @HostGator Were you migrating from a different provider to HostGator? Is that account still active? Also, do you have access to your cPanel? You can access this by going into the advanced section on HostGator.
