@holland_barrett I’m really frustrated that a disability group had to contact you about accessibility into your store and yet your customer service have been terrible about getting this sorted they’ve just given us some canned response instead of actually coming up with solutions

@holland_barrett just bought some Emily veg crisps, amongst a couple of other items, crisps were great. However charging 15p for a reusable/recyclable paper bag is outrageous, is this to boost profits? Other chains give paper bags free of charge!! ☹️

@HB_HereToHelp @holland_barrett Thanks for reply, however, you should really advertise that this is what happens to the charge. If I hadn’t of asked on here, it appears that this is a profit making decision. It still seems wrong that you charge for a paper bag, when no one else does
