@HarbourISP @JDJhope @NBN_Australia @HarbourISP it is impossible to get in contact online or the 1300 as you suggested. Been waiting a month for a response to an email after you use debited the wrong account two months in a row. Would really appreciate a response of some kind

Does anyone actually work in your customer support centres? I've tried to ring every day this week, have sent three emails in the last two weeks and nothing. You debited the wrong back account which was changed in my profile @HarbourISP

@Aussie_BB @HarbourISP @unitiwireless Thanks @Aussie_BB , appreciate the info. I also see that @HarbourISP has now sent out an email about loss of access to the customer portal & info on making payments until the migration is complete (I'll take the latter as a case of better late than never).

@HarbourISP @unitiwireless as you know, your customer portal has been inaccessible for weeks. How many times do I need to phone & email to update my details so @aussie_bb don't cut me off next week? Would my time be better spent finding a more customer focused provider?
