@HarbourISP @unitiwireless as you know, your customer portal has been inaccessible for weeks. How many times do I need to phone & email to update my details so @aussie_bb don't cut me off next week? Would my time be better spent finding a more customer focused provider?

Does anyone actually work in your customer support centres? I've tried to ring every day this week, have sent three emails in the last two weeks and nothing. You debited the wrong back account which was changed in my profile @HarbourISP
