@grandecom You guys raise the monthly fee to almost $100 and now I can't use it for all day.... There's no other internet options for our apartment, that's why I keep paying for it, but I will never recommend this company to my friends. You guys are the worst internet company ever.

@grandecom also not only you people charge me for extra 3 months but you people cut out my internet and causes me to lose massively on a trade, but this is a joke, Are you going to compensate for my lost?!!!

@grandecom why does your tech support via online or call center not on the same page, internet outage in Dallas TX over 2 hours with 3 different answers of city wide outage, it’s your modem and need a tech, or it’s just in your area with no timeframe for fix?
