@GooglePlay My credit card was charged as well as an unauthorized Amazon Prime account was created through Google Play that I did not do. I tried to get in contact with someone which left me highly frustrated with the loops on the automated system.

@GooglePlay i have a problem. I bought 5 euro's of play money but something went wrong, so now it's been withdrawled from my bankaccount but not in my google play account. I can see that the transaction is cancelled but i still havent received the money back

As someone who purchases 99.9% on #googletv the app has got worse it's so poor for buying #digitalfilms it's like they don't want your money. The layout is awful. It needs a complete overhaul @GooglePlay @Google
