@googleanalytics Page Location and the Hostname dimensions in GA4 appears to be hit-scoped, aligned with the Page dimension. They are not really for the Landing Page. For a single-domain property, no problem. But for multi-domain and subdomains, no dimension has the full LP URL.

@googleanalytics UA used to be able able to capture this using view filters and basically changing the Landing Page values to include the hostname. I haven't seen an equivalent in GA4. Do we need to capture the hostname as a custom dimension in GTM for the landing page?

@googleanalytics when will annotations be implemented in GA4? I really miss them. Same goes for ctrl c + ctrl v support. Would save a million clicks a day for all people in GA using that to copy/paste.
