@jasonleowsg @vodien They took it down or they have a DNS outage? This is odd. I don't trust lesser known domain providers (most are just resellers) I use @Namecheap or @Cloudflare (almost never GoDaddy... but sometimes they have cheaper domains).

@SyreniAbyssi looks like it’s registered through godaddy from Arizona. i’d suggest also filing a complaint to the server host for stolen content/wares and adding this to your existing FTC complaint; could be said that shipping agent may be auctioning off your wares to disreputable merchants

@GoDaddy We are GoDaddy customers for 19 years but we can’t get design issues resolved since 3-18. We have asked to speak with a supervisor but excuses are made and it has never happened. Is this how you treat loyal longstanding customers?
