@GCIAK Yet you keep teasing people along implying big changes (faster service and better pricing) are coming that never actually do. The best thing your customer service could do today was offer me a bundle package.

@GCIAK Don’t mind me. You guys will be fine. You’ll have lots of $1 per month lines for homeless and down on luck folks. And plenty of other government subsides to go after. But that doesn’t quite replace the sweet honey pot that customers like me represent. Go pound sand.

@GCIAK Hey GCI bot — how about you address the real problem. How can you expect people continue paying $190 versus $90. I’ve filled out every stupid survey you’ve sent over the last year… The only thing I got was a nice letter after new years saying my bill was going up $5 per month.

@GCIAK With yet another quintillion network outage… maybe it’s time to make the switch to starlink. As if the $189 vs $95 price difference wasn’t enough of an excuse already.
