@FrontierCorp Final four comes 1 weekend every year. Special shoutout to @FrontierCorp for no urgency to come out to my house and fix the internet issue. 366 days til next final four. Maybe I can watch next year.

@FrontierCorp Last night there was an outage in my area. This morning I checked and Internet & phone were still out. Chat with tech says outage was fixed. No, it wasn't. My connection is still down. Service tech is due Wed. 3 days wait is absurd when I pay $180 for 50/50.

I have been in a agitated mood all day due to poor customer service from @FrontierCorp and I asked their @AskFrontier account for the mailing address and they told me I needed to DM them so they can investigate my concerns.

@FrontierCorp service is HORRIBLE! After holding for 45 minutes I finally spoke to a rep in the #Philippines. After 30 mins phone disconnected. Got on Call back list, spoke to a rep and exp that our 4 DVR’s weren’t working. He asked me to hold for a few mins. Holding 45 min now!Related Services
