@PatsKDot @FrontierCorp It's most likely ransomware. For their website and internal platforms to go down this long, there's no other acceptable explanation. Because they have enough control to change the app and website message, but not enough to access their other systems

@FrontierCorp Your app and all lines of customer service have been down and out of commission for 3+ Days. How can a major company have these “technical difficulties” for this long? I have no access to the YouTube TV subscription through you. $70+ for nothing as of now.

@FrontierCorp @TheStevieAwards I was supposed to have internet installed at my new house yesterday, but received a cancellation via text because of this outage. Now I have to wait for a call back when the issue is resolved? I was not provided any type of time frame for resolution, and I work from home!

@FrontierCorp Since the site is down he was unable to communicate with the “office” to probably perform the reset needed to reestablish my connection. The tech was great , but this is ridiculous.

@FrontierCorp i called around 5 times and each time I get a different story one time i was told its a system update one time it was an unexpected error. Someone said that all internet is down and someone said now everything is fine. Whats going on!

@garyfalls15 @FrontierCorp @TheStevieAwards Be thankful you have internet at all, alot of people are without internet without ETA. I Had to use unnecessary time off so I didn't get in trouble at work for this... The fact there's zero transparency for what's going on is disgusting...

@FrontierCorp @TheStevieAwards If you if you have so much great technology why has my internet been slow as a rock for the last 4 days. Calling the tech line and using the app I can absolutely get a hold of no one. Thinking about switching.

@FrontierCorp please help. I have not been able to contact you for 48 hours after you canceled the appointment you set up. All phone lines for 48 have told me internal communication is down.
