@FrontierCorp Level up? It’s been a week since you can handle tech issues. Hide this response and you lose a customer. 7 days and you can’t address internet issues. This is beyond corporate mismanagement.

@FrontierCorp Why am I not able to pay my bill? I have tried multiple ways. All I have been told is that your systems are down for maintenance. I called originally on Tuesday, multiple days for maintenance? I sure hope I dont get shut off for late payment since the problem is on your end.

@FrontierCorp I just switched over from spectrum my cycle ended this month on the 16 and I was going to wait a day out for my installation date well it’s now the 18th was supposed to be today. They canceled my installation date and I can’t get a hold of no one on the phone.
