@FrontierCorp Don't forget the charge of $30 you say is for renting out the router every month and other hidden charges that make the bill come out to $107 every month when the promotional period is over.

@FrontierCorp FRONTIER IS A SCAM. I cancelled service last month and they charged a restocking fee for returning THEIR MODEM despite the terms and conditions that I had agreed to back when I signed up in 2021 never mentioning a restocking fee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Well, less than a month into @FrontierCorp fiber and they’re telling me my internet will be out until Saturday because no techs are available. What a colossal mistake switching was. Garbage reliability going to cost me my job

@FrontierCorp I moved to an area that you all do not service. I had to change to a different internet provider due to this. The agent tells me:1. Must pay a full month of service in order to disconnect services 2. pack the equipment and UPS it and get charged a $50 referb fee?

@FrontierCorp is the worst, every three months their charges go up, when you want to disconnect your service the platform never works and when you finally reached them on the phone after 40 minutes wait they charged you 50 dollars for disconnection and restocking fee. Stay away
