Well, less than a month into @FrontierCorp fiber and they’re telling me my internet will be out until Saturday because no techs are available. What a colossal mistake switching was. Garbage reliability going to cost me my job

@FrontierCorp I moved to an area that you all do not service. I had to change to a different internet provider due to this. The agent tells me:1. Must pay a full month of service in order to disconnect services 2. pack the equipment and UPS it and get charged a $50 referb fee?

@FrontierCorp is the worst, every three months their charges go up, when you want to disconnect your service the platform never works and when you finally reached them on the phone after 40 minutes wait they charged you 50 dollars for disconnection and restocking fee. Stay away

@FrontierCorp Couldn’t get my order for service with Frontier completed due to the site being down. As a result, I had to renew my internet subscription with my previous service provider.

@FrontierCorp Fiber optic maybe cheaper for now. I don’t want to get rid of our traditional land line that uses copper wire. We like our traditional land line becuz its more reliable than Wi-Fi phone lines, especially during power outages which is happening more often now.

@FrontierCorp has stood me up 3 times on an appointment to give back the internet they disconnected without any reason! now they want to know if i want to continue waiting around on the possibility they might show up, or a new appointment! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
