Urging my community to never buy @FrontierCorp anything with frontier in the name sucks. My internet has been out for a week, if this technician doesn’t show up in an hour I’m throwing all this shit in the street and charging back on everything.

@FrontierCorp @VETSIndexes I can't see my bill online.Bill that came in the mail says I have autopay. I do not. I tried to go online for over a week & only can see red triangles &exclamation marks. I refuse to download your app You can't even keep your website safe, why would I give you access to my phone?

@FrontierCorp I think all mgmt at Frontier should be req to call their customer service dept with a billing issue. Suffer thru your own process. On my 6th call for resolution. Wait time 20 minutes. Nothing but lies and incompetence on the previous 5 interactions #frontiersucks

Well, less than a month into @FrontierCorp fiber and they’re telling me my internet will be out until Saturday because no techs are available. What a colossal mistake switching was. Garbage reliability going to cost me my job
