Finally got #techsupport to answer after 27 minutes of ringing. They have had a major breakdown.They choose not to email blast their customers.Instead I was directed to some website for more information. @fonality On hold again when asking for

Second multi-hour long @fonality outage in as many days... smh. It's awful that that even when you get through to tech support, they can only tell you that they know about it... Could we at least get an issue tracker? Terrible.

This is the worst customer service @fonality after days of updating your system, our phones are out. No one can call in. Your Sales Rep, your tech support, your email doesn’t answer. Finally got tech support & the phone has been ringing 10 minutes! #EpicFail #notacceptable #gone
