@LindaPrimrose @fitbit Same issue here. My Versa 4 lasted 4-5 days with AOD and now maximum 2 days. Fitbit support told me AOD is the issue even though I always had it on. They clearly don't listen to the customer.

I can’t help but feel like @fitbit sleep algorithms could use some work. My sleep score today is 86 (bc I got 6 hours and 50 mins of sleep?), but apparently did not take into account the 5 times I was woken up or that I never got more than 2 consecutive hours of sleep.

@fitbit @FitbitSupport The number of devices I've had issues with owning a Charge 3 and Charge 5 has been 4 since starting to use their devices in 2019. This is a failure rate of nearly 1 a year, these devices have serious build quality issues... #Fitbit #defective
