@fitbit @FitbitSupport refused assistance Re a previously sent DEFECTIVE replacement device, I was sent broken. It was never possible to charge let alone worn. It MUST be replaced. This is a shame FITBIT You must do better

New format is gross. @fitbit Sole reason for staying with Fitbit rather than switching to Apple was the sleep tracking. Revert to the previous format please

Latest “upgrade” to Sleep Schedule is another disappointment to add to the list @fitbit less data. No % and visually a mess. No Landscape enlarged view But then we know @Google is slowly killing off @FitbitSupport
