@hotelstonight @Expedia @hotelsdotcom can you please let us know in your app if the rooms are carpet-floored or wood or plastic. Carpet is rarely cleaned well, it smells stuffy, and destroys people with lung issues. Same for Indian-family motel owners who have lower standards.

Booking through @Expedia is a mistake I won't do again. They have no customer service. #Bots are worse than useless because they are frustrating.

@americanair & @expedia TWICE switched me to a flight with a 40 min connection (impossible) BOTH WAYS. 1st time, I called and changed, they did it AGAIN. Trying to CHARGE ME $400 TO CHANGE IT. I had a 2 pm direct flight, they switched to a 6 am flight that is not a flight at all

@americanair and @expedia have me in a dystopian nightmare. TWICE they changed my flight to 6 am w/ not enough time in a transfer window to make the 2nd flight. This is basically not providing a flight that I paid for. I called and fixed it and they did it again. Pls.retweet.
