@Expedia rips you off and then won't provide a number to speak to anyone. I will never use their service again. Book your room directly with the hotel because Expedia charges you and then tells the hotel to charge you again. Then avoids you when you want to get an answer.

@Expedia @ExpediaHelp It is taking 2 hours for your online chat support to change my flight. And 3 agents. The 1st agent randomly left. The 2nd agent switched the flight to a different day than they said in the chat. The 3rd agent has been on hold for 30 minutes.

@Expedia I tried to plan a trip but your app said the payment did not go through, it was a package deal, but I used 2 different cards and you charged them TWICE. Not it is a nightmare for me to try and confirm the cancellation and refunds. This is the worst travel experience ever !
