@HiltonHHonors 'price match guarantee' is a scam. It's impossible to meet the onerous details in the "fine print." I found a lower price for my Hilton hotel room on @Expedia and was denied price match bcos of 5 days difference in cancellation dates. Five days! What a joke.
@Expedia just got a booking on my account that is not me and you don't have any form of customer service beyond multiple choice chat bot menus - someone help!!!!
@Dan72511509@Expedia@ExpediaHelp Refund isn’t in their dictionary. I’m sorry about your mom. I have to see mine family issues and they won’t even extend it for an extra day without going through all these loopholes!
@hotelsdotcom@Expedia you guys are a scam. Piss poor customer service and refusing to refund on a mistake your AI customer service made! Buyer beware, you are better off booking directly with a hotel. At least you can talk to a human!
@Expedia What’s the deal with charging for elected rental car insurance immediately when the advance reservation is made rather than when you pick up the rental? I was charged immediately for a rental car I never used. How do I get that $ back?
Hi @Expedia, @ExpediaHelp disappointed by the lack of assistance on my Toronto to Melbourne trip via New Zealand. Despite a visa issue, no refund was provided. $2000 gone with no resolution. #WorstService"
@AARP@Expedia@AerLingus 4/ Not only is this incredibly frustrating for me, a 23-year-old with internet literacy (and an @AARP account for discounts at @DennysDiner), it's really concerning that this platform intended for retirees is fraudulently charging people twice
1/ I'm trying to book a flight through @AARP via @Expedia.@AerLingus charges $752.30 ($585 for the flight + $167.30 of tax). Expedia charges $752.30 + $167.30 tax. Essentially, tax is being paid twice. I spoke with support for an hour and a half.
