@acjuelich @jorlando82 @aarsenault1984 @MicrosoftHelps @MSFTExchange I’d make it an A and get visual on it. If someone downgrades then you light them up that you’re not getting assistance. No mercy.

@jorlando82 @aarsenault1984 @MicrosoftHelps @MSFTExchange It's not a 'down' incident, just something messed up with the Hybrid Connector preventing us from moving forward with a migration. Think we should still up the Severity?
