@evernote I paid for Evernote Personal using Apple/Itunes, but I'm still locked into Free in the app. There seems to be no way to fix this and no useful support available. Grrr.

Probably I hadn't been dissatisfied enough with @evernote to look for an alternative, but they've somehow managed to become more shit over time. I was a paying customer, but their desktop and web apps would freeze constantly, so I reverted to free.

@josephmwood @evernote If you like it, use it. Make sure you have backups of your information in case there is a synchronisation issue. I had issues and lost valuable data in Evernote.
