It's certainly in voge to bash big corporations for various misdeeds, but big props to @AskeBay @eBay and their customer service in being on top of a 4-figure loss I suffered from a fraudlant customer. Not only were they responsive to this scam, they quickly refunded my money!

@eBay ...as I received another one of these additional charges in the exact same amount as the ones from 3/25. So the problem is back. As of yet I do not see a statement from ebay. Hopefully they are aware again and these overcharges can be remedied.

@eBay_UK very disappointing that your contact surveys don't last very long I spoke with a very helpful rep as I couldn't access my account they were brilliant but I can't tell you that because the survey has expired
