@DukeEnergy Duke should not be forcing a minimum usage bill on its customers. That is happening in FL now. We got solar to decrease our bills and stabilize them into retirement then they added flat fees to recoup hurricane losses and now this. @GovRonDeSantis please stop this.

So when @DukeEnergy finally brings up their payment website,to comply with their email order to pay,the Payment History shows I already had scheduled payment But they still take the Double Payment anyway No qualms about 100% overcharge,yet an instant $5 fine when they're down
