Dish Network Outages in Knoxville

What other ways can I use to get to utilize cable channels without an internet connection other than my phones hotspot? I HAATE @dish for taking advantage of people so THE SUITS can make more money. When you have to PAY to get 2 days to pay your bill, that's extortion.

It should be illegal the amount of times I paid $15 to pay my @dish 1,2,3 or 4 days past the due date! I get ONE check per month and they had the nerve to say that $15 I paid 2 days ago under the EXTEND MY DATE was posted wrong & I have to pay ANOTHER $15 to get my service back.
