OMG on 2/19/24 my poor husband spent two hours on the phone with @ATT and @DIRECTV straightening out the fact that we cancelled our service even though you guys were still billing us, he got it all squared away, and a manager zeroed out the balance - YALL STILL BILLING US!

@DIRECTVhelp @DIRECTV Well at least the phone company admitted to there oops at the beginning of the day last week.and the problem was resolved that day. Cant say the same for you guys. So switching to an dish network may be in the future for us.
