@DIRECTVhelp @DIRECTV Well at least the phone company admitted to there oops at the beginning of the day last week.and the problem was resolved that day. Cant say the same for you guys. So switching to an dish network may be in the future for us.

@ATT and @DIRECTV don’t have a record of our household’s cancellation phone call so they say we still owe for service we literally could not even log in to and no longer have the equipment for
