@DIRECTV One of the great thrills for me as a lifelong Giants fan was the year Randy Johnson dispensed pearls of wisdom and knowledge to Timmy Lincecum, Matt Cain and other SF pitchers . Who knew Randy was a ‘birder’ at heart!

@DIRECTV Took a call at the high end audiovisual firm I sold for, and it was a very irate (but not abusive) Randy Johnson driving back to Seattle from training in AZ, about delayed delivery of home theater gear. Took a minute to realize it was THE Randy Johnson. Then I got a bit shook.
