@DirectEnergy The chat agent gave incorrect information about login ID requirements, and the confirmation email login link gave me the login page, but logging it gave me a blank account page. Your IT staff "need improvement".

@DirectEnergy I just signed up for electricity yesterday and gas today, but the signup process is seriously broken. I had to create a separate gas login ID, with the expectation that I later merge the accounts. The signup timed out on the confirmation page, and login fails.

Why did anyone think it was a good idea to force residents to optout of the @DirectEnergy program in #hoboken as opposed to opting in? This feels like a scam to average resident who may not notice the mailer and think it is a piece of marketing material. Do better!

@DirectEnergy Screw this company. Been with them for over 9 years, then they charge me $388 for a second address I don't have, and tell me I have to pay it while they investigate or I will have my power turned off. They lost me to Reliant.
