So last month I posted about what terrible things @CoxComm does to the elderly on their bills. This next bill didn't reflect the changes that it took me 45 minutes on the phone to make. Also, the bill sent to her was a "summary" bill which doesn't show the TV breakdown.

They expect Senior Citizens to go online to "view your detailed bill." What are you hiding @CoxComm ?

To all, avoid Cox Cable @CoxComm. Their upload speeds are trash. The packet lost on the TX side is 10 to 25%. Six years later, they never fixed the issues with their lines in the area. 40 year customer and no help. @FCC no help either. Cox cable is the worst. Avoid them.
