@CoxComm How can you guys really try to scam a customer saying we had providers come and install cable at my rental and I don’t even have a cable box to watch it with. I’ve have been nothing but a loyal customer, always paying our bill on time and keeping service with you.

Just want to congratulate @cityoftucson for allowing @CoxComm to have a monopoly in town for the last few decades. Can’t tell you how much I love the constant outages and no recourse bc monopoly power means no customer service and no accountability.
