@CoxComm your company is the absolute worst cable company I have ever dealt with in my life. Over priced and horrible service. I’m not sure where you get your employees from because from the technicians to the phone they are all useless.

@CoxComm you had an outage in my area, and I have the text messages to prove it from 11 o’clock this morning and it is still out. I just wasted an hour of my life on the phone with one of your agents. I still have no television. I have sound but no picture

@CoxComm tomorrow morning I will happily be finding another company to provide my Internet and my television. Since you are more than happy to take my $300 a month while my service goes out continually. The absolute most garbage cable company I’ve ever dealt with.
