@CoxComm Cox of Phoenix told me back in November that my alarm system that they installed 8 years ago was completely outdated and even though my system broke down and I couldn't even lock my front door anymore they said they won't repair it because everything is outdated

@CoxComm I have a tablet in my house it looks like a Kindle from over 8 years ago that's completely outdated they then came out to my house trying to install a camera that I said no you can't install anything because the system is outdated and doesn't work anymore

@CoxComm it’s been 24 hours without internet waiting for you to fix this “outage”. My wife works from home and unable to because of it. You’ve cost us a day of work. I’m calling Dobson Fiber in the morning if it’s not fixed. Pay way too much for poor service and hassles.
