@troyhunt @CommBank The other issue I have with CommBank passwords is they are not case sensitive. I'm not sure how much that's weakens them, but it doesn't seem like the sort of thing any provider should be doing, let alone a bank!

Just found out the @CommBank in Buderim is closing down. Every time I go in there it is packed with people. Why oh why are you closing it down?? They provide a good service. It's not just about money you know!! signed Really Annoyed

The service from @CommBank is absolutely atrocious gang. Sending out threatening emails to customers for trying to bank money at their branches is just not acceptable. If you're thinking of opening new accounts, i would be wary of using these guys. So rude.

@CommBank she did not want a basic key card. she was also told by staff at our local branch they won't issue her any more chequebooks and sending cheques will come with a fee. she needs it for aged care stufd

@BrisMarSci @CommBank Omg I worked for them for a short time. I was pregnant with my first child and had such dreadful morning (all day) sickness I spent weeks in hospital as I couldn’t keep water down. They wanted in writing that it wouldn’t continue or I could not go back to work. Needless to say…

@BrisMarSci @CommBank I resigned and closed all our accounts with them. They were such a pain in the butt. Haven’t missed them.
