Hey @Xfinity, what's the deal with having an unannounced maintenance outage? Some people work from home and need to plan in advance. It's also like pulling teeth to get anyone on the phone.

@SlashLurk @comcast I am *so* glad I switched to Quantum so I don't have to deal with Comcast and their absolute crap anymore...except on mobile. I'm in the store right now because my phone doesn't recognize my SIM card suddenly. If it's not one thing, it's another, right? Hoping they sort you soon.
