@Xfinity so it's still down as my phone won't connect. I keep getting network is unavailable in my apartment in Minneapolis, despite it working no problem until now. Also tells me that numerous operators accessing the network and they both say I should try again later.....

Don't get @Xfinity because if you cancel, they don't cancel it and keep billing. Can't just cancel online, they make you call a person and wait, who then tries to get you to stay, and apparently still doesn't cancel. @XfinitySupport you suck.
If @Xfinity wants people to pay their bills, maybe they should consider making their website suck less so you can actually get to the payment page without having it time out. Every month it's a fucking ordeal. If you weren't the only game in town...
